On multiple occasions in grad school, I went out to dinner with several classmates. Paying the bill was always a difficult task - no one had cash, everyone wanted to pay for different amounts, and we always forgot to ask for separate checks. I came up with the idea of an app that streamlines and simplifies the payment process and allows you to split the check with any number of people by amount, items, or percentage.
This project required extensive research in the discovery phase, from identifying the target audience, creating user personas, and UX experimentation.
